Erin has more than 20 years experience launching and growing entrepreneurial businesses. Having begun her career as a college English teacher and writer, she has since created and led content strategies and teams at several B2B and B2C media companies. In 2015, she began to connect with non-media companies who needed content marketing expertise to spark and sustain customer engagement, so she pulled together a team of ace writers, designers, digital marketers, and other creatives who power The Content Crew. Whether it’s customer-centric content production or content marketing, Erin’s guiding principle is B2H–connecting with humans and inspiring them to act.
